Return Policy

30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Food items (spices, etc.) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.

How to return

1. Contact us via the enquiry form with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will email you a prepaid return label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack the item securely and drop it at your nearest post office.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
